Can I visit your factory?
Certainly! Our coconut charcoal briquette factory is located in Magelang, Central Java, Indonesia. We warmly welcome all potential buyers to visit us.
If you plan to come, just let us know your arrival time—we’ll gladly pick you up at Semarang or Yogyakarta airport. Our factory is about a 2-hour drive from either airport.
We’ll arrange your transport, and if needed, we can also assist with accommodation bookings in Magelang.
Most of our first-time wholesale buyers find factory visits valuable to understand our team, quality standards, production process, and packing method. You're welcome anytime!
Can you produce hookah coals with my brand (OEM/private label)?
Yes, we can. We offer OEM/private label production for hookah/shisha coals. You can customize the packaging, box design, labeling, and even the shape or size of the charcoal as needed.
We work with many brands worldwide and will help you develop a product that fits your market.
What is your guarantee?
We guarantee that all our products are made from 100% natural coconut shell charcoal with no fillers or chemicals. Each shipment is tested and packed with quality in mind.
If any issue arises with quality or consistency, we’ll take full responsibility and provide a solution—whether a replacement or refund, depending on the case.
What about your Quality Control?
We implement a strict QC system throughout the production cycle—from raw material selection, carbonization, crushing, mixing, briquetting, drying, to final packaging.
Before shipment, each batch undergoes lab testing (moisture, ash, fixed carbon, drop test, etc.) to ensure consistency and top quality.
You are also welcome to send a third-party inspector or request photos/videos during packing and container stuffing.
What are your Payment Terms?
Our standard payment terms are:
- 50% down payment upon order confirmation
- 50% balance after the goods are ready and before shipment (after container stuffing photos/videos provided)
We accept payments via T/T (bank transfer). For long-term clients, we can offer more flexible terms.
What is your production and delivery time?
For standard orders (1–3 containers), production takes about 7–14 working days after deposit.
Shipping from Semarang or Surabaya port depends on destination, but typically:
- Middle East: 3–4 weeks
- Europe: 5–6 weeks
- USA: 6–7 weeks
We’ll update you during each stage—production, loading, and shipping.

What is your production capacity?
Our factory currently produces up to 100 tons per month of premium shisha charcoal briquettes. We’re able to scale production based on your needs, thanks to our flexible operations and trained staff.
For regular monthly orders, we ensure consistency and timely delivery.
How can I get a sample?
We provide free samples for serious wholesale buyers—just cover the shipping cost.
Let us know your preferred shape (cube, hexagonal, flat, etc.), and we’ll send samples along with lab test results.
We recommend DHL or FedEx for fast delivery. You’ll receive it within 3–5 working days depending on your country.
